Mohan of PGDM Class of 2018 of VJIM, Hyderabad had an amazing idea in mind. He wanted to bring together the infinite sports energy residing within the walls of the VJIM campus and create a more constructive and meaningful platform for the students to showcase them. After days of brain wracking, team work, approvals and elementray preparation Kritansh’s first edition saw the light of the day and almost instantaneously- it became a hit!

Kritansh 2.0- the second edition unfurled on 23rd November, 2018 and what a show! The strapline of the annual sports fest read out loud: Hustle, Hit and Never Quit, suggesting- failure is only an opportunity to begin again. Keeping the spirit of the event in mind, VJIM invited sports enthusiasts of 10 colleges from across Hyderabad and registered a footfall of 450 students on campus- all brought together by the energy of Kritansh.

Among the participating colleges were: NMIMS, SIBM, FABS, DHRUVA, ICBM, IMT, NICMAR, FRANCIS, MANAGE, IPE, CBIT, and SSIM. Table Tennis, Volleyball, Basketball, Cricket, Throwball, Badminton, Box Cricket, Chess and Carrom made the order of the day. While talented sportsmen were challenging each other on the field and across tables, excited audience surrounded to see the games going. There was absolute camaraderie in the air.

The two days ended on a high note with the award ceremony giving it a perfect wrap. Kritansh did not only see sportsmen walking away with recognition and applause but also gave every participants the opportunity to meet and network with likeminded people from across B-schools, chasing dreams and desires.
