Hello, I’m Soundharya, a qualified advocate in the Telangana High Court and a graduate of National Law University, Vishakapatnam. I’m presently pursuing my PGDM at VJIM. My pursuit of a postgraduate degree in management has allowed me to expand my knowledge in this domain along with my legal background, giving me a well-rounded skill set that blends legal knowledge with business acumen. Hello, I’m Monalisa Das thrilled to share a bit about myself, currently, I’m pursuing PGDM at VJIM. I am a student placement coordinator, I have a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in CIMA. The experiential learning approach at VJIM has equipped me with practical insights, preparing me for the challenges ahead in this dynamic and competitive environment.

I am Satya Sai Sri, from Hyderabad. I have completed my B. Tech. with specialization in Information Technology. I started my career as an Associate Software Engineer at Pramati Technologies in 2020 where I worked for 2.5 years. I was drawn to the Placement cell activities, and after a rigorous interview, I got to work with whip-smart professors as a career placement officer. I am eager to experience an audacious/ adventurous journey at VJIM.

I am a Biotechnology graduate from NIT – AP. I am excited about my role as a Database specialist in the Career office. I am looking forward to bridging the gap between Students and professional opportunities. I work on the backend process for the placements.

Hello, my name is Chandana, and I am the student placement coordinator for the 31st Batch at VJIM. I have completed my Bachelor’s degree in Arts, with specializations in History, Public Administration, and Political Science. In 2022, I started my career as an HR Executive. I earn while I learn from my PGDM at VJIM.

I am Chavali Sai Sindhu from Hyderabad currently pursuing my PGDM at Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management. My passion for HR began with my curiosity in understanding how organizations effectively manage their assets i.e. people throughout my academic journey. I have also had the opportunity to gain practical experience in HR through internships and projects. I’m an ambivert in nature and help my fellow mates. I learn from my mistakes which is important and try to overcome my shortcomings. I learn and equip myself with empathy and compassion as they are my strengths, I believe I am brave enough to accept my weaknesses and make them my strengths. I am interested in writing short stories, especially in thriller zone.

Hello, I’m Adithi Suresh Kumar, student placement coordinator at VJIM. My academic journey includes a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a specialization in CIMA. I kickstarted my professional career at Wipro. Apart from academics, I find joy in participating in cultural events. I have also bagged a few medals as part of my active participation in athletics. I eagerly anticipate the growth and progress that lies ahead of me during my journey at VJIM. I am also a member of the Students Placement Committee.
