Career Catalyst

Career Catalyst has been formally introduced as a 3-credit course spread over Trimester I to Trimester II. The course ensures that the students improve their confidence levels and overall personality in the first two Trimesters of the programme.
As students come from varied backgrounds, cultures, states with different levels of exposure, Career Catalyst course focuses on grooming and equipping the students with all the required skills to make them job-ready.
From Trimester III Carrer catalyst is offered as Strategic Placement Training, as a 6 credit course, spread over Trimester III to Trimester V. The Strategic Training placement enables and guides the students through a comprehensive range of topics in respective functional areas, that will help the students to navigate easily through their final placement interviews and tests.
Career catalyst  and Strategic Placement Training are imparted to the students over 5 terms, as 5 modules, starting from the Trimester I until Trimester V. The five modules are designed to develop the students in a step-by-step model. The five modules are explained below.

  1. Develop Cognizance of basic business vocabulary
  2. Specify the various processes involved in business
  3. Harmonize different domains towards organizational effectiveness
