Collaborations
There is a policy in place to promote national and international collaborations. VJIM strives to reach out to centers of excellence in academics and industry both at the national and international levels.
The nature of collaborations at the national and international levels has diverse objectives. While at the national level, it is to create exposure to the developments in the field of business; the international collaborations will result in superior joint research and opportunities for the faculty and students to partner with their academic colleagues through exchange programmes.
This initiative, while vast in scope and complexity is a slow process because of the various quality and regulatory challenges. However, VJIM is pursuing several opportunities for collaboration and partnerships and we are in various stages of discussions with:
- Thomson Rivers University, Canada
- North Texas University, USA
- University of Missouri, USA
- Monmouth University, USA
- Pace University, USA
- University of Phoenix, USA
- Flinders University, Australia
The institution has the membership with various associations like Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council (APPC), Association of Management Development Institutions of South Asia (AMDISA), Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), National Human Resource Development Network (NHRD) and Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). The institute benefits from these associations in knowledge sharing, procuring consultation projects and research works.
