12th June’17, Hyderabad: The VJIM, Hyderabad campus entered its silver jubilee year this 2017. Having delivered 25 years of meaningful management education, the B-school earmarks the year of 2017 to be important in more ways than one and amidst the celebration, PGDM Class of 2017-2019 begins their Management journey with higher hopes and brighter ambitions.

Marking the occasion, Dr. Durga Prasad, Director VJIM, Hyderabad welcomed the 25thClass and briefed the freshmen about the orientation program schedule. The one-month long Orientation is meant to take the students through the entire journey of what they are about to experience for the upcoming two years. The teachers and mentors accompanied the students further through all the errands. They were familiarized with all the rules and regulations,guided and motivated for the studies and co-curricular activities and encouraged for the life ahead. Dr. Prasad delivered a compelling and inspiring speech around the institution’srules and regulations and motivated the students to excel in every possible ways.

Followed by Prof.(Dr.) Prasad’s speech, Prof. (Dr.) Jayashree brought into light the quality of education that is delivered at VJIM, Hyderabad. Apart from this she also briefed the students around self-grooming and explained the importance of punctuality and how students should maintain etiquette at college and hostel premises. She concluded her speech with the promise of delivering the best atmosphere and future to the students of the 25th Batch.

After the official sessions for Day 1 concluded the students had an amazing surprise awaiting them. An ice breaking treasure hunt session was organized for the freshers. All the students participated with a lot of excitement and enthusiasm and their first day at the college made them leave with wide smiles.

It was indeed a proud moment for VignanaJyothi Institute of Management, Hyderabad to welcome their silver jubilee year with the students of the 25th batch. Hope they bring a lot of glory to themselves and the college as well.
