Batch 34 (2026-28)Scholarships Policy

Scholarship: A student who is applying for admissions is eligible for scholarships under the following four criteria:

Criteria 1 – Based on composite score

Criteria 2 – Based on NLT

Criteria 3 – Based on Talent in Arts and Sports

Criteria 4 – Location-Specific Scholarships (States other than AP / TS)

Criteria 5 – Scholarship for Differently Abled Students

Criteria 6 – Need based scholarships

Criteria 7 – Sister institutes of VJIM

 

Criteria 1: Scholarships based on Composite Score

Composite score above 75%   –           ₹50,000

Composite score above 80%   –           ₹75,000

Composite score above 85%  –           ₹1,00,000

Composite score above 90%  –            ₹1,50,000

Merit-Based Scholarships

Excellence Scholarship: 100% tuition fee waiver for candidates with 90% and above Composite Score (max of. 2 top students per batch) (Conditions apply – subject to submission of all necessary documents.)

Criteria 3: Talent Scholarship

Fee waiver of ₹2,25,000/- (25% of fee) for exceptional talent in extracurricular activities i.e., National Winner

Fee waiver of ₹1,35,000/- (15% of fee) for National level participant

Fee waiver of ₹1,80,000/- (20% of fee) for State Winner

Fee waiver of ₹90,000/-(10% of fee)  for State level Participant

 

 Criteria 4: Location-Specific Scholarships (States other than AP / TS)

Outstation students (from states other than AP / TS) who have secured 75% or above in NLT will get a fee waiver upto ₹2,25,000/-(25% of fee) terms and conditions apply.

Criteria 5: Differently abled students :

Fee waiver of ₹2,25,000/- (25% of fee) for differently abled students scoring 60 Percentile and above in NLT exams.

Criteria 6:

  1. Financial Aid Scholarship: Up to ₹4,50,000/- (50% of fee)fee waiver for students from low-income backgrounds (BPL) (Conditions apply)
  2. Defense Personnel Scholarship: ₹1,80,000/- (20% of fee) fee waiver for children of defense personnel.

Criteria 7 

To elevate and encourage students and personnel from sister institutes of VJIM who fall under the aegis of the Vignana Jyothi Group (Please see the list below), a fee reduction of ₹2,00,000/- will be granted to applicants who fall under the below categories:

  1. Pass outs or Graduates from one or more of the listed institutions.
  2. Children or Siblings of Alumni from VJIM, Hyd.
  3. Children or Siblings of Employees from the listed institutions.
  4. Vignana Jyothi Group of Institutions:
