Soft skills are important in every profession, but their significance in the world of management is perhaps the highest. This is because the manner in which management professionals present themselves and communicate with the outer world can deeply influence their own success and the success of their organization. This is perhaps why we lay so much stress on training our students in the key soft skills of talking right and communicating right.
