Vignana Jyothi Institute of Management, Hyderabad will host a pre-term and Orientation program for its 26th Batch of PGDM students from 11th June to 30th of June. Parichay 2018 will acquaint the Class of 2020 to the B School, which will be their second home over the next two years, its pillars of strength – faculty members, and of course their batch mates. Over the course of 3 weeks freshers will go through several fun and exciting activities, which will also make them aware of what’s in store for them during the course of their program.

It will all begin on 11th of June as the fresh management recruits will be put through an Ice Breaker session conducted by Mr. Javed Jamal and Ms. Padmini. Mrs. Yamini Meduri, Assistant Professor, HR & OB, and Mrs. V Jayashree, Sr. Assistant Professor, Marketing will then offer an overview of the Orientation program. It will set the tone for days to follow where students can expect new learning experiences while they have fun too. They will get the first taste of it with the Treasure Hunt event that will conclude the proceedings of the day.

Following days of the program will include sessions on Etiquette, Communication Skills, Entrepreneurship and other crucial aspects of being successful business leaders. Outbound training, regular newspaper analysis and Industrial visits will keep them abreast with the latest happenings in the world of business through practical exposure. The sessions will be conducted by faculty members of the B School as well as industry experts, which is just how VJIM, Hyderabad aims to prepare its students for industry challenges throughout the program.
