Career Vision Schooling (CVS)

CVS has been formally introduced as a 3-credit course since 2015-16. This is to ensure that the students improve their confidence levels and overall personality.

Students come from different backgrounds, cultures, states with different levels of exposure. So, the focus here is on grooming them and equipping them with all the required skills to make them job-ready.

CVS training is imparted to the students over 5 terms, as 5 modules, starting from the 1st trimester. The five modules are designed to develop the students in a step-by-step model. The five modules are explained below.

Objectives: This module is intended to

  1. Assess the level of communication of the participants
  2. Develop an awareness of one’s learning styles & personal competencies
  3. Develop the ability to effectively introspect and set goals

  1. Identify interpersonal skills required for professional growth
  2. Develop high-trust relationships to build effective teams
  3. Leverage and build on divergent strengths

Objectives: This module is intended to

  1. Develop Cognizance of basic business vocabulary
  2. Specify the various processes involved in business
  3. Harmonize different domains towards organizational effectiveness
