• From January 2000 to November,2003 conducted training in Customer Relationship Management, Communication/Presentation Skills and Effective Managerial Skills to the field engineers of Customer Support Division, ECIL.
• Undertook investigative studies with regard to TBA (Total Branch Automation) prospects in Banking Industry and Customer Expectations in IT markets.
• During the tenure in Consumer Electronics Group, Conducted extensive training programmes in Communication skills, Retail Marketing skills, Distribution Management and Logistics to the Dealers and Distributors in Consumer Electronics Group, ECIL, Hyderabad.
• Conducted Two-day Work-shop “Think Good to Better” to the Field Sales Force of Avanti Feeds, Kovvur, West Godavari District in 2007
• Conducted Management Development Programmes (MDP) at M/s NTPC, Ramagundam in “Enriching Core Values”, at M/s BHEL, Ramachandrapuram in Business Process Reengineering and in Supply Chain Management to the Field Managers of M/s NFCL, Kakinada.
• Conducted MDPs in Emotional Intelligence, Team and Trust Building, Leadership Supply Chain Management and CRM at Engineering Staff College of India, Hyderabad
• Organized customized Management Development Programme in SPMCIL, IG Mint, Hyderabad, Ordnance Factory, MIDHANI, NTPC, Power Grid Corporation and BHEL in the domains of Operational Excellence, Strategic Thinking, organisational Leadership, Team Building, Strategic Thinking
• Designed and conducted a Two-day Internal Auditor Training Programme to the faculty members of GITAM–Hyderabad, GITAM–Vizag, G I M S R – V i z a g a n d GITAM-Bengaluru. The programme was conducted online for a period of 2 days in July & August 2021. The training was aimed at building the professional skills in the trainees to be qualified internal quality auditors. The training programme resulted in forming a team of 100 + Internal Quality Auditors in GITAM
• Delivered lecture on “Emotional Intelligence” at Jawaharlal Institute of Banking and Finance, Hyderabad
• Designed and delivered a Two-day Management Development Programme on “Performance Excellence” to the Senior Executives of Hetero Pharma, Hyderabad on 1st and 2nd August 2022.
