Eligibility
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 60% throughout career.

Hostel
VJIM provides comfortable and secure hostel facilities to ensure a supportive living environment for students. The hostel fees cover accommodation, basic amenities, and maintenance.

SCHOLARSHIP
A student who is applying for admissions is eligible for scholarships under the following seven criteria:
- Based on Composite Score
- Based on NLT

Criteria 1: Scholarships based on Composite Score
- Composite Score above 90% - Rs.1,50,000
- Composite score between 85% & 90% - Rs.1,00,000
- Composite score between 80% & 85% - Rs.75,000
- Composite Score between 75% - 80% - RS.50,000

Merit-Based Scholarships
Excellence Scholarship: 100% of total fee waiver for candidates with 90% and above Composite Score (Maximum of 2 students per batch – Top performers). Conditions apply.
Criteria 2: Scholarships based on NLT
Applicants must have valid scores in any one of the following national-level entrance tests:
- CAT

Criteria 3: Talent Scholarship (Arts & Sports)
- ₹2,25,000 (25%) – National Winner
- ₹1,80,000 (20%) – State Winner
- ₹1,35,000 (15%) – National Level Participant
- ₹90,000 (10%) – State Level Participant
Criteria 4: Location-Specific Scholarship (Other than AP / TS)
₹2,25,000 (25% of total fee) for students from other states securing a minimum of 75 percentile in NLT exams (CAT/XAT/GMAT/CMAT/MAT/ATMA).
Criteria 5: Differently Abled Students
₹2,25,000 (25% of total fee) waiver for differently abled students scoring 60 percentile and above in NLT exams.
Criteria 6: Financial Aid & Defense Scholarships
- Economically Weaker Section (BPL): Up to ₹4,50,000 (50% of total fee) waiver (Conditions apply)
- Defense Personnel: ₹1,80,000 (20% of total fee) waiver for children of Armed Forces personnel
Criteria 7: Sister Institutes of VJIM
- Graduates from Vignana Jyothi Group Institutions
- Children or siblings of VJIM alumni
- Children or siblings of employees of listed institutions
Fee Reduction: ₹2,00,000/-

REFUND POLICY
Refund policy is applicable as per AICTE norms and institute guidelines.
Candidates seeking withdrawal from the PGDM program must submit a formal refund request through the official admission process.
The refund request must be initiated by the candidate who has been provisionally admitted, within the stipulated timelines.
The beneficiary bank account for the refund must be in the name of the student only.
