Any Graduate with minimum 50% marks in graduation and qualified in any All India Management Entrance Test like CAT/MAT/XAT/ATMA/CMAT/GMAT.
Those who are appearing for their graduation final year examinations may also apply, subject to the aforementioned criteria.
How to Apply?
A candidate can apply online through VJIM’s website here. Note, that post filling the application form, you will be redirected to a payment gateway to pay Rs. 1,000/- for the application fee. Please ensure that you upload scanned copies of all supporting documents.
The application form can also be obtained in person from the VJIM campus. Filled in application form, along with mark-sheets of all qualifications and Test Scores should be submitted either in person or via post along with a DD of Rs. 1.000/- in favour of VIGNANA JYOTHI INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, payable at Hyderabad. If submitting the filled in application form personally, the applicant may also make the payment in cash.
Once a candidate has submitted her/his application form and is shortlisted, s/he will be required to appear for a personal interview. The Personal Interview will be conducted either on campus, or at a specified location along with documents.
The selection criteria will be based on a Composite Score derived from weightages as depicted in the table below:

Scholarships at VJIM are available at the entry level based on the Composite Score as described in the previous table. Students scoring a Composite Score of 90% and above will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 1,00,000/- and for a score between 85% but below 90% will be eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 75,000/-.
In addition to the above, VJIM also provides Merit Scholarships of upto 50% of fee in each Trimester to the top four meritorious students.
VJIM Hyderabad follows the below mentioned refund policy announced by AICTE (Advt. No. AICTE/Legal/04(01)/2007) in case of cancellation of admission by a candidate:
In the event of a student/candidate withdrawing before the starting of the course, the waitlisted candidates should be given admissions against the vacant seat.
The entire fee collected from the student, after deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs. 1,000/- shall be refunded and returned by the Institution/University to the student/candidate withdrawing from the programme.
Should a student leave after joining the course and if the seat consequently falling vacant has been filled by another candidate by the last date of admission, the Institute must return the fee collected with proportionate deductions of monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, where applicable.
